BREAKFAST OPTIONS:
Continental breakfast provisions are provided for each day of stay. This includes choice of cereals, milk, juice, bread and condiments. A range of teas, including herbal, plus filter coffee are also provided.
Also provided 1. Bacon, free-range eggs, tomatoes for all guests for 2 cooked breakfasts
OR BY ARRANGEMENT:
2. Yogurt, fresh fruit plate and croissants or fruit toast.
EVENING MEALS and SNACKS:
1. BBQ packs. These include:
* Gourmet ($20:00 per person). Scotch fillet and sausages with seasonal salad (lettuce,
tomato, capsicum, spanish onion) and potato or seasonal vegetables, plus bread roll.
* Standard ($12:50 per person). Includes rissoles/sausages, rolls/bread, cheese
slices, tin of beetroot, lettuce and tomato
ALL MEAT PACKS ARE OF COURSE PREPARED BY OUR LOCAL BUTCHER IN CRESWICK. SALAD and VEGETABLES ARE OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY AVAILABLE.
2. Make it a two-course meal with dessert: Choice of - A ) Locally sourced apple/berry pie with cream or ice cream for $15 or B ) Wonderful, sumptuous 800g plum pudding from " Pud for all seasons". Various flavours as well as traditional. $35 with cream or ice cream.
3. ON-SITE EMERGENCY GROCERY CUPBOARD: On a user-pays basis, you will find it includes forgotten provisions such as tins of soup, baked beans, spaghetti, diced tomatoes, salmon, tuna and also rice, pasta, savoury biscuits and kraft cheddar cheese.
4. CRESWICK grocery store 9kms away and open until 8pm all days except Sunday (6pm).
5. Take-home meals prepared and packaged by local chefs are also available to be purchased for you. As the menus vary seasonally, please enquire for availability. They include soups, pastas and sauces, casseroles and pizza.
6. Family/individual beef and chicken pies can also be purchased for you from our local bakery.
7. Fruit plate for $15 offers a selection of seasonal fresh produce (approximately 8 -10 serves)
8. Cheese/Antipasto plates for $20 or $30 includes a selection of local and commercial produce.
9. Gourmet lamb sausages, smoked lamb sausages, lamb pies, legs of lamb , smoked trout , fresh trout and smoked trout pate all from local Tuki trout farm.
If you are celebrating a special occasion while staying with us, let us know and we can organise that something special for you, such as a birthday cake, flowers, chocolates, gourmet hamper or Antipasto platter etc. from local gourmet deli.
